Fantastic interweave of ancient traditionell wisdom tradition and modern science on the body (western), the mind and how to live a happy and healthy life. Absolutely everyone should read this.
I don‘t agree with every aspect of food choices, but if you only listen to the the modern advise on foods or have weight problems, this book is a MUST for you. Thanks to the author ❤️
