This book hit so hard 🥺 Deryck Whibley is a fantastic author and hearing him reading his own story was really special to me. This book is full of heart, soul, sadness, adventure, humour and love, I listened to these nearly 9 hours within 2 days and was just stunned by every word. From the very first minute, Derrick's storytelling captivated me, and I enjoyed it so much that I didn’t want the book to end. That’s the true power of an audiobook—hearing the story firsthand, with the song covers adding an extra layer of brilliance that simply blows your mind. A complete masterpiece, it makes me even more sad that they disbanded.

Interessante Einblicke in die persönliche Sichtweise. Stets unterhaltsam und nie langweilig aber durch die sehr persönlichen Ansichten fühlt sich das Ganze auch etwas zu ein dimensional an. Gast Perspektiven wären interessant.

Normally I don’t enjoy reading/listening to memoirs but I really enjoyed this one a lot. It’s well written and well narrated. The story never got boring or stagnated, I enjoyed each and every episode. It was also nice to learn the background of the band 🖤
