I liked the storyline about second chances and was rooting for Bri and Grady! However, there were some aspects that were reallllly rubbing me the wrong way. Like, why do some of the male characters get to be very full of themselves and arrogant, they're humble-bragging, and no comment at all- but for example Kennedy, a woman Grady once dated, makes one "wrong" remark and gets called self-centered. Oh and Grady calls her the b-word about two sentences later, then makes up some lame excuse for why he did it. There were a couple more situations I didn't love, but to put it in one sentence: I did not like the portrayal of women vs men in this story. And when Grady got super strange about Mia breastfeeding her baby and made it terribly, weirdly s...ual (Why?! That's just gross!) I DNFed right then and there, about 2h before the end. I don't want to spend my time on stories that annoy me like this :/
