The protagonist and the romantic interest are just horrible to eachother.
Example: He tells her she looks like a streat worker. She tell him she not gone let him call her a h**ker. He then proceeds to gaslight her by telling her" that not what I said , did I ?".
Another one : he begs her to let him help her and then later extorts her by telling her she asked him for his help.
The plot is very obvious and the Protagonist doesn't acts like you would if you did even doubt but then later is written as if she thought that the whole time.
