What a gripping and exciting book. It held me in its grip and didn’t let me go till the very end. Mike Shackle really created a master piece of modern fantasy. It has everything one can ask from a fantasy series: fascinating magic, heroes you can relate with, blood, monsters, fighting and love. The Last War is one of the best series I have ever read!
