Kenne die Geschichte schon seit Jahren, Maxi ist ein unglaublich schöner Charakter, aufgrund der Entwicklung die sie druch macht und Riftan ist das perfekte Gegenstück zu ihr. Es gibt sogar eine Vorgeschichte, wo Riftans weg zum Ritter erzählt wird und man auch versteht, wie es zu der Hochzeit kam.

Die Sprecherin ist ok, aber klingt sehr häufig nasal. Die Story habe ich bis zur Hälfte durchgehalten, da ich gehofft habe, dass der Main Character sich nochmal irgendwann selbst ermächtigt/empowered oder wieauchimmer. Aber nein, sie wird von A-Z körperlich missbraucht, was auch der Ehemann Riften, wenn auch unter Liebesvorwand weiter forsetzt und sie scheint sich einfach nur daran zu gewöhnen und ist so verliebt, weil er ausgerechnet sie will. Eine echt peinliche und unterwürfige Geschichte. Consent und echte Liebe sind definitiv anders.
