OMG I love this story! It's not dark, it's pitch black. Levi is adopted by a mortician after the brutal murder of his parents. As he is allowed to help more and more in his funeral home, one day the murderer of his mother is brought in. During the autopsy, he discovers the killer's signature. He is immediately fascinated by the unknown man and helps to eliminate all evidence.
When Jonah discovers the young coroner while looking for his bracelet and realizes what he does for him, he is determined to find out more about Levi. He develops a deep obsession. How their relationship develops is very hot.
The plot of the story is very exciting and gripping. Lee McCormick manages to bring all the characters in her book to life, even the secondary characters, and creates a dark atmosphere that I found very appealing.
Liam Dicosimo's and MichaelGallagher's voices are perfect. I lost myself in their performance.
I highly recommend reading the TWs.
