This is a very exciting story, nothing to calm down at all and the characters are partially quite scary so this audio book leads more to the child asking questions and being a little frightened. After my daughter listened to this story, she wouldnt stop asking me when the animals come to eat her up and therefore I think this audio book is more for school kids when they can process the information better.

Other than that we really like the author and her other audio books!
