Die Hauptakteure Dar & Kerry sind auf den Charaktere Xena und Gabrielle, Warrior Princess aufgesetzt. Diese Reihe findet man auf der Website von Melissa Good. Ich lese ihre Geschichten und Books mindestens einmal im Jahr. So auch Dar & Kerry Reihe. Diese Reihe ist mein absolut Favorit.

I've known these books for decades and they comforted my lonely, unexplored, closeted soul as a teenager. I love them and spend comforting hours with Kerry and Dar! The audiobook is a gift and wonderful to listen to. It's a great story and Kerry and Dar are the perfect couple, with a rocky start and a fantastic happy ending! At least the end of these parts...maybe the others will come out as an audiobook. Hopefully!

Habe das Buch und alle Nachfolger bereits mehrfach gelesen. Die Geschichte von Dar und Kerry fesselt mich seit Jahren. Daher war das Hörbuch natürlich auch ein Muss. Es enttäuscht nicht! Tolle Sprecherin.

When I first read the book (the whole series, in fact) I’ve been thrown into a huge cluster of emotional turmoil. I’ve laughed, cried and been angry, while following their lives story, wich had a very mystical twist in it, as well. I fell in love with Dar and Kerry and was hoping that sometime, anytime someone would take this series and turn it into a audiobook. Now it’s done and with such a great narrator, it is like a story brought to life. So if you’re in to a great love story with twists, turns and a lot of mixed emotions, then I wish you fun times, when you dive in their world!
