This is a compelling tri run guide. Easy to digest and simple to implement. It's different compared to traditional running expert advice with no triathlon background and the advice in Thai book is gold. Helped me to make huge gains in my running time and most importantly I'm injury free for more than a year now. Before I started I was able to run 2 km without pain because I had a running related knee injury. Now I'm running easily 13k again (almost) like a gazelle ;) thanks Taren, you're the greatest!
