All Max wants is to become a climber and search for his long-lost sister.

Good
Very anime-ish, if you like anime and it's tropes and litrpg, you'll like this one. The power and stats system seems a bit barebonned tbh and the protagonist can be really anoying at times but otherwise a very good listen

completely uninspired story
I´m 5 hours in, and one pattern is clear: simple language, uninspired story, uninspired monsters, characters about as shallow as a puddle on a intact road. Campbell tries its best to make it interesting, but this is a hopeless project. One of the worst LitRpg´s I´ve listened to or read in a long time. sadly. The setting has potential, though, but the execution is lackluster.
Edit: Just found out that it´s the author of arcane kingdom online, which surprised me. That series was well written, in contrast to this. Everyone has slumps, I guess.
