It used to be that I obsessed over Ares Hidalgo from afar.
But that was before he climbed through my window.

The book gives as usually much more information and detail than the movie, which makes me let them see as two different stories. I really like, that there are non of these enormous ups and downs as it is normally in these stories.
All in all, very well done and I'm eagerly awaiting the next two books.
If you like teenage stories, you will love this book!

Way too over the top in parts.
The length could easily have been shortened if you had left out the umpteenth repetition of how hot Ares is.
Very childish in parts. But ok, they're still teenagers per se.
Potential like the story with Joshua was wasted and ticked off too quickly.
The film in Part I better sums up a long-winded story.
Movie is better, female speaker over the top.
