I just couldn't stop listening to this Audio book, because it was written and read so perfectly. I saw myself in Julia and I loved how they didn't had perfect Sex from the beginning like in all the other books. It made it more realistic

First of all, it is not the traditional sapphic love story, this is about two insecure people who fall in love with each other and becoming a family.
Story wise it was typical but the characters are so well made.
The idea of a butch single mom, loved it so much!
The end felt a bit rushed, kind of hope there story will be written further, showing the new love and family they discovered.
All in all I strongly recommend this one.
Abby Craden as always with a perfect narration!

👉🏻 What a beautiful book that takes you on the journey of charming characters.

💡 The focus is on Julia and Reed, who meet on holiday in Hawaii. An instant attraction develops, but their lives couldn’t be more different. Besides, you also get to know important secondary characters, such as Julia’s best friends and Reed’s children. I found the portrayal of all the characters quite realistic, especially the narrative about single-mum Reed.
Because of the superb narration, I couldn’t put this book down. I was riveted in the character’s actions and desperately wanted to know what happens next.

♥️ I was not 100% satisfied with the ending. I would have imagined its realisation differently. Nevertheless, I enjoyed this book. I have only read a few love stories so far that also included children so well. Recommendation!
