I really enjoyed listening to this audiobook. Actually it is exactly what it says: an introduction into the world of NLP. This means that you cannot expect to dig very deep into the topic of NLP and I expected some more examples on actual exercises. This book is mainly story driven and tells a story about successful applications of NLP. So the book tells you what you can achieve with NLP and what not. I see it as appetizer for NLP. This book makes you want to get NLP better to know soon!

So as I said it is a good introduction and definitely worth hearing/reading it, but don't expect to get a in depth introspection into NLP.

This book was my first conscious contact with NLP and it completely changed my life! I listened to it at least 3 times already. I highly recommend it to everyone wanting to be able to better steer his brain and understand what happens inside!

You don't need antidepressiva if you listen to this. It's just fun listening and you can learn a lot.

As I was looking for a audio book I was very picky about choosing one, I new about NLP so the topic was clear to me but I was listening for the right voice. This audio immediately caught my attention when I heard the pleasant voice and of course the Irish accent. It always brings me a bit of peace and sends me home. Thank you also for the great story telling I wasn’t expecting it so it was a lovely surprise when it turned more into story telling, it was exactly what I needed today!
