Über diesen Titel

Ajax’s family have now joined him in the capital, helping him as he gets used to his new position as a Baron. He will have to learn how to do more than just avoid the political side of nobility while establishing his own House. His days in the Academy become more complicated as his talents outshine the rest of his generation despite his lower station.

With the upcoming tournament held in The Republic, where Ajax will have to reveal his talents for the first time on an international stage, the dangers have only become greater. Will he be able to stand amongst the powerhouses of the other kingdoms?

there is progress, but its often without a good flow.
in my opinion tooo many POVs and repeating Information within. which interupts the flow and fun. a bit more action, casting and status/family building with some details would have been nice.

Well the MC is still smart and has drive.

I will stick with this series and hope less POV interruption in the next books.

I am still no fan of the female narrator, sorry.

Good, but a bit weaker than the other books.

The skips in this book are insane. It progresses very fast, which is okay but there are so huge time skips that make us miss interesting side stories.
Here an example (spoiler warning):
MC explains to his family how beekeeping works. Like 10 minutes of talking about bees and how they work.

Now here in this book we skip over 5 years of dungeon delving, 80% of his academy, most of the fighting/tournaments and his family (Kate’s kid, fluffy, merchant stuff etc) oh and yeah, MC has a girlfriend now… yeah let’s move on with the story, we didn’t miss any interesting stories there … none at all, who cares about a girlfriend, Hmong

Progress on fast forward
