Love to listen to Davina Porters voice! I am a big fan of her.
Also a wonderful story, A bit confusing sometimes by all the different characters showing up. Had a pleasant afternoon listening to

Not bad, but nothing compared to Outlander main stories or Lord John.
Ok, it may fill a little gap in the overall story, but it is not worth filling it even if you are an Outlander fan.
It is a shallow story line, good enough to fill an evenings read.
But what I find a bit annoying is that this pretty short story cost the same than a full blown super great outlander volume :-)

No real story develops here. It's all very superficial and dissapointing. No comparison to her novels.

Story ok but not too impressive

Ich habe die Story parallel auf deutsch gelesen. Es fehlen einige Abschnitte und die werden auch später nicht mehr eingefügt, obwohl es, der Reihenfolge der Handlung nach, möglich wäre.
Die Betonung der jeweiligen "Fremdsprache" finde ich mehr als dürftig. Das hat nichts mehr mit dem Akzent zu tun.
An und für sich finde ich die Story aber sehr gut. Ist aber nur für Leser, nicht für Serien Schauer erschließbar, die bis jetzt alle Bücher gelesen haben.
Wer eine Lord John Story erwartet hat sich aber getäuscht
