I really love the story, and the narrator's voice is great. With The Cycle of Arrawn read, it is even better, but you also get along very well without it.

I would recommend this audio book to everyone who like the Cycle of Arawn. It’s a great sequel that give you more of Dante Blaze and all the rest!
Really good! And of course a great performance of Tim Gerard Reynolds.

The only real competition is kpt. Blaubär (which is a German best seller, most comparable to the Books by Terry Pretchard)

The Books about Dante are the best high fantasy!

Das ist jetzt das 5. Buch mit Dante Galand, welches ich gehört habe. Leider sind die Figuren immer noch flach und es erscheinen immer wieder Personen, die nichts mit der eigentlichen Story zu tun haben und verschwinden dann wieder. Es ist schade, dass die Geschichte immer wieder daraus besteht, dass die beiden Hauptfiguren irgendetwas suchen und dann einen Krieg auslösen. Nur ihre Magie entwickelt sich weiter, sie aber nicht. Einzig die Dialoge zwischen Dante und Blays sind mitunter lustig und der Sprecher ist ganz hervorragend.
