I'm very deep into this topic and found that the essentials like practicing gratitude, having faith and trust, letting go of evil thoughts or grudges is something that is taught in basically every religion and culture.
Basically its that One higher power call it God, Allah, Yehowa, Yahwe, Universe, Nature or however we put our prayers, hopes and wishes to, that we express our gratefulness to and that we put our full trust in.
That we are much more than 'just humans' but spiritual beings that not only react to but also can create energy, vibration, frequencies and that life not just randomly happens to us, but that is a result of decisions, thoughts etc we had before (actio-reactio) - At least most things. Some I personally believe just simply are destiny with a purpose.
Especially when I have times where I feel down and depressed I like to listen to this audiobook again because it always reminds me how powerful I actually am.
It reminds me of Rumi : "Why are you sad, the whole universe is inside you"
If you are more of a open minded person and understand things also in a spiritual way then I really recommend this book.
Basically teaches everywhere and a great reminder!
