...und nochmal einen drauf gesetzt
Der erste Teil war schon gut, wenn auch mit ein paar Schwächen. Der zweite Teil ist, auch wenn ich die erste halbe Stunde skeptisch war, sogar noch besser. Ich kenne die Comics nicht, Muss ich aber auch nicht. Wer mit dem ersten Teil einigermaßen zurecht kam wird der Fortsetzung einfach folgen können. Diesmal passt einfach alles. Wieder geniale Besetzung und fantastische Produktion. Erneut mehrere Geschichten, aber es passt besser zusammen als beim ersten Teil. Absolute Kaufempfehlung.
Im übrigen ist die englische Produktion der deutschen vorzuziehen, wenn man es sich sprachlich zutraut. Ich könnte James McAvoy stundenlang zuhören. Die anderen Sprecher sind ebenfalls topp.

Genial!!
Ein absolutes Hörerlebnis! Atmosphärisch und spannend!
Die Sprecher erwecken die Figuren in Sandman zum Leben. Allen voran James McAvoy der Morpheus Leib und Seele verleiht! Ein Highlight das man nicht verpassen darf!!!

Sadly no comparison to the first..
I was SO excited for this when I heard it came out, but alas this was by far not as good as the first one. The first one enchanted me, I could not stop listening and I went through so mamy emotions. This one felt like a collection of weird things with good parts in the middle. The good parts being everything with Morpheus. Especially the parts about his siblings and the key to hell. I though hell would have a bigger focus or we would at least get back to it. So I feel a bit let down by this piece. Performance was amazing though!

Fantastic story's indeed
Now at the end it feels like the second part is even better then the first. What's not even possible. I'm mor into narrated book's but this is like cinema for your ears. The Sandman is taking you withe every new story in a compleat diffrend world. Bring me more.

A set of multiple stories (with lots of gore)
All in all one of the best audio stories, with lots of effects, sounds and ambient. The speaker are unique and fit the characters, which makes it an interesting listening experience.
Though, I was lost multiple times as I was more expecting a linked stories rather than multiple stories after one another.
Maybe I was too distracted but I had a hard time following the story as they did not seem to make much sense to me compared to the main story in the beginning.
To sum it up, good but not as good as the first one.
