    Meno was unbearable...

I will not talk about the content of The Plato Collection. You get what you expect, the teachings of Socrates.

I will however speak of the quality of the audio book and it's readers...

The Republic and The Apology are read by Peter Coates. He does a really great job letting the different characters come to life and it's a pleasure to listen to him.

The rest, however, is a mixed back. Both female readers sounded very similar, so I didn't noticed that they switched at some place.
The audio quality from Crito is subpar, but you get used to it.
Meno however was a complete mess.
Not only that the reader, instead of using different voices for the characters, spoke of who talked as written (Socrates: ABC, Meno: DEF, Socrates: GHI, ...), which made it really hard to follow, no. At some point the editor must have fallen asleep. Because suddenly, the reader repeats her lines because she misspoke (nothing unusual, this happens in every production) over and over again! It's the job of the editor to cut these out, but in the last hour, they must've fallen asleep! It suddenly fixes again after 30-45 minutes, guess that's where they woke up again! XD
I mean, I noticed this happen in other audio books before, but only ONCE in hours of content - that's excuseable and funny! This however was a total mess...

For have a Token, it's a fine buy and interesting to listen to. Just skip Meno...
