I loved it! The story is told I such an honest and tender way - I felt a lot of sympathy for the characters while also being keenly aware of how flawed they are. It was fascinating to hear both Ruby's and her father's internal dialogue and the how that lent a magical element to the story.
Loved the narrator and how she made the different characters come to live as well! Lilly's voice was especially wonderful to me!
