Wer sich für amerikanische Politik und Recht im allgemeinen und den US Supreme Court im besonderen interessiert, kommt an THE NINE nicht vorbei. Dieses Buch liefert nun die Fortsetzung bis zur Entscheidung zu Obama Care 2012. Wie gehabt gesprickt mit vielen Geschichten und Geschichtchen zu den Richtern und ihren Fällen. Der letzte Teil zu Obama Care wirkt etwas gehetzt, wahrscheinlich, weil Toobin nach der Entscheidung kaum Zeit hatte, das Buch fertig zu machen. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich dafür einen halben Punkt abziehen. So sind es aber 5 Sterne dafür, dass es nach der Lektüre kein Problem ist, ein ganzes Wochenende mit amerikanischen Juristen über den Supreme Court zu diskutieren.
