Ich habe mir das Hörbuch auf Empfehlung geholt.

Der Autor bringt die Kernaussagen gut rüber und bringt immer wieder passende Beispiele über erfolgreiche und weniger erfolgreiche Kundengespräche. Es ist also sehr praktisch angehaucht, was ich sehr gut finde.
Für meinen Geschmack konnte man dem Sprecher (= der Autor selbst) sehr gut zuhören.

Insgesamt bin ich absolut begeistert vom Hörbuch und hab es auch direkt weiterempfohlen.

I like how he says that he can't teach us how to build a Million dollar business but he CAN help us mastering the skill of talking to customers. This made it specific and complemented the Book "Continuous Learning Habits" very well. During this audiobook I was constantly writing down takeaways. Thank you very much.
