The cast of characters includes Consuelo and Sophia, who are two devilishly clever old ladies. They are the Box Girls. They were raised in a very isolated way by their parents for the sake of safety, as if raised in a box. They developed special skills in their isolation that serve them well. Together they own Magnus Detective Agency.

Magnus, their nephew, and his wife, Melissa, do the actual work for the agency. Both are former CIA agents. Magnus adores his aunties, Consuelo and Sophia, but they drive him to distraction with their many antics. Magnus is constantly having to save them, from themselves.

Their dangerous new job is to find the missing bride who jumped off a cruise ship and survived. Their romp through Europe, while they search for Gracie-Sky, turns out to be thrilling and hilarious at the same time. None of them know how much trouble they are going to be in as they search for Gracie-Sky. Their many escapades provide a rich source of reading pleasure. What was the real reason Gracie-Sky jumped off the cruise ship?
