I liked the story. it is interesting, different, and specially very well spoken. I thought it will end up differently, but each last chapter changed the whole plot.

Mein erster Thriller von K.L. Slater und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht! Die Charaktere sind sehr gut beschrieben und die Geschichte ist spannend und packend. Das Ende war ein bisschen zu harmoniebedürftig, welches dem Rest der Geschichte jedoch nicht schadet.

Most enthralling psychological thriller? Definitely not! It's neither enthralling nor a thriller. The story is dragging along with too much detail and unnecessary back and forth between the point of views from which the story is told. It's like pulling teeth. I hardly made it to the end.
The narrator didn't really help much. Most of the time I forgot half way through a chapter which perspective of the story is told at the time. Is it now Jill speaking or Bridget or even Tom?
The audio book didn't live up to my expectations and I would not recommend it to anyone.
