I found the book to be really excellent. Anybody working in tech should read it

it's essentialy a personal journy of the author moving from one industry to another, the pitfalls she encountered and the solutions to them. as anything else, be weary of following the advice blindly.

The content itself is very useful, well organized, and neatly written. One can easily go back and find the needed parts.
The narrator however sounds like she had a mission to bore us to death. I know that googling her name shows multiple successful titles but I think she completely missed the mark on this one. The subject was not suited for her skills.

I’m very satisfied with this audiobook. Clear and straight to the point. It literally guides you through being leader and tech manager and showing what you should expect and concentrate on on various levels of day to day management levels.
