To be perfectly honest, I didn't think much of the title itself as I too were under the illusion that the Male Body and Mind were simple to comprehend. Simple, yes but not easy as I came to learn in this book.
The Authors ability to explain biocognitive predispositions in very simple terms is remarcable. There is a lot of understanding that can be gained from the words herein.
Listen up Ladies, if you found the behavior of men confusing and incomprehensible at times or struggled in raising your son through his teenage years, this book is for you. Evere wondered why for men it seems all about the sex? Here's the answeres that you seek.
Written in a very sassy, classy and intelligent format.
I as a man was chained to the book and finished it in a mere three days. I now know what my biological default programming looks like. I can recognize it, acknowledge it and act upon it. It certainly made me a better man.
