I don't think Darius deserves what's coming for him... delighted to have Kit in the story. Pretty curious how it will all turn out.

Saber is the classicsl present-day anti-heroïne. The headstrong yoing woman thought she was an untalented witch with a weak albino shapeshifter as a familiar, then learns she is a druid, abd ger familiar is in fact the Winter King! Together with the Crystal Druid, she embarls on an adventure to find out more about her parents' deaths - and what her future will hold. Not a mind-expanding work of art but solid and entertaining Urban Mistery with, uh, not exactly likeable but exciting characters. Cris Dukehart reads it with some talent, though at times a bit monotonously.

I enjoyed the story and I like most of the characters. It was just as good the second time around and I still love it. Still five stars, still a favourite and still on my list to re-read.
