full of insights and inspiring.

this is indeed a very useful guide for Excutive assistant and, in my case for the middle management work planning ( supervisors with team or direct report). the book it self is a clear, honest and not idealistic with plenty of valuable information. for me, an aspiring EA that is already a team manager it was a great read to start a personal review of my actual job and my c.v. thanks Jeremy!!
