American justice, love and crime - vorgetragen von einer perfekten Stimme. Ich hatte noch nie etwas von D.W. Buffa, gehört oder gelesen, wünsche mir jetzt aber unbedingt weitere Hörbücher von diesem Autor. Die Geschichte ist spannend, in der Mischung der Szenen ungewöhnlich und genau das macht sie so interessant. Buffa garniert das Ganze auch noch mit philosopischen Grundansichten der besonderen Art. Wer alles von Grisham kennt und etwas Ähnlich gutes sucht, ist damit gut bedient.

A legal thriller full of interesting characters, good side stories, interesting thoughts about legal questions, and some unexpected twists. Something that you will get hooked to. I just could not stop listening until I was finished. I hope to read (or listen to) more of this author.

Dennis Predovic has a very good voice that fits in perfectly with the character of the narrator of the story. Very nicely read.
