After reading the mixed feedback I was reluctant to purchase this. thought Having read the first books over 20 years ago. Nice explanation of Tai Chi Chuan and China and Zaazen in Zen Buddhism.

Ich finde es ist eine großartige Vertonung und Geschichte die uns Dan Millman mit seinem dritten Buch aus der Peaceful Warrior serie liefert.

Es enthält einige Einsichten für den Spirituellen Aspiranten bereit und ist wie auch die anderen Bücher sehr inspirierend geschrieben.

Honestly I was very disappointed listening to this one. Seemed to me like the motivation was just a try to come up with another story. I didnt gain any new insights besides the pointing to Shinto and most of the time it felt almost like I am just reading a random journal. Only close to the end it became inspiring to me. This is most of all a story, a journal, about 2 journals. Not bad but essentially this could have been boiled down to a blog post.
