when my little one started needing kids if bodily contact to fall asleep I found this book and it helped SO much. I started sleep shaping at six weeks and saw immediate results. the four months sleep regression hit us, even though he fell asleep without help before, but within six weeks we were back on track! it is marvellous to have a good sleeper, know when naps happen and being able to plan your day because of your baby sleeping reliably and well :-)
the only thing I found better explained was "the fire month sleep regression" by the site "little ones". I recommend them together with Sarah and her team.
