This is book 3 in the Adrien English series. I highly recommend the whole series (to be read in order), these are some of the "need to read"-books in the m/m genre. Josh Lanyon is an author who mangages to entertain without falling into stereotypes.

The narrator Chris Patton did such an excellent job that I'm definitely going to check out other books narrated by him.

Highly recommended but you need to listen in order because despite every mystery story is solved in each book, the relationship between Adrien and Jake spikes and crashes and survives over the whole series.

I already have read and reread the series on my kindle but I need to have them on audio, too. Yes, I think these books are so good.

Auch wenn die Kriminalfälle nicht das Non plus ultra sind, ist Jash Lanyon mit ihrer Adrien Englisch Reihe in ihrem Genre ein großer Wurf gelungen. Es macht sehr viel Spass die Bücher zu hören, bzw. zu lesen. Chris Patton wird immer besser, die Liebesgeschichte wird immer spannender. Spätestens nach diesem Buch kann man gar nicht mehr anders als sofort weiter zu hören.

I like the main character of Adrian English and the story is told quite nicely. Awesome narrator - perfectly read. But: Does it have to have so much sexual content? It's maybe nice and stimulating for homosexual listeners. For me as a heterosexual the gay sex details are simply far too much. So I hit fast forward when it came down to that detail level. It should appear somewhere in the book's description.
