Obwohl die Stimme des Sprechers nervig ist, bietet das Audiobook neun super gute Tipps für eine positivere Einstellung, ein glücklicheres Leben, eine erhöhte Produktivität, eine bessere Entscheidungsfähigkeit und Organisation von Aufgaben. Es geht ebenfalls auf Punkte der Motivation und wie man sich selbst sein kann. Während und nach dem Buch musste ich viel reflektieren, wie ich mein Leben verbessern könnte.
