Zwar bringt die Geschichte selber nichts neues, trotzdem war es ein überdurchschnittliches Buch. Eine Mischung aus Kleinstadt- und Großstadtgeschichte um eine erwachsene, selbstbewusste, eigenständige Frau und einen liebevollen, begehrenswerten Matcho. Er ist nicht perfekt in seiner ersten Beziehung gewesen, was ihn nur sympathischer macht...okay, er bedient das Klischee etwas zu stark. War mir egal.
Das Buch hatte so ziemlich alles, was es braucht: nachvollziehbare Entwicklung der Geschichte und der Protagonisten, keine hohlen Dialoge, sympathische, unperfekte Menschen und ein paar echt heiße Zusammenkünfte ( oh yes!). Das Ganze von einem wunderbaren Schreibstil in Form gebracht und von Arndt/York performed.

I've now listent til chapter 9 and the "relationship" their building is hella toxic.
as an example:
he: eat pizza.
she: no.
he: EAT THE PIZZA.
she : NO, I'M ON A DIET! I want to eat my salad in peace.
he: *throws her salad in the garbage* eat the pizza......NOW!
she: ...............fine
he: good girl

LIKE WTF??? She is not a dog!! Thou her being a constant b*tch doesn't help the matter....
