Die Definition was "fundamental well-being" wirklich ist bleibt dauerhaft schwammig. Doch wenn man sich in enlightenment ein bisschen auskennt, versteht man etwas mehr. Ich würde auch gerne wissen, wie Martin sich seine Probanden aussucht.
Die Tatsache, dass der Autor im Appendix direkt seinen Meditationskurs bewirbt, macht ihn etwas unglaubwürdig.

This book is a pleasure to read and contains many insights. For those interested in fundamental wellbeing, awakening or enlightenment, Jeffrey provides an incredible useful framework to understand where they are at and where they might want to go. Nowadays, Jeffrey also offers ab online course of 45 day to awakening, that many of my friends have found extremely helpful. www.45days.one

For people who like maps and scientific perspectives, this book is something. I would rather recommend this book than going through the spiritual info jungle and having to find everything out by yourself!
