The voice actress was great, the story deeper than usual, even quite unexpected at times, some might say too long but I still liked it as the interaction between the fmc and the mmc was enjoyable. Mmc was a classic stoic rom-com alpha. The „Serotonin?-Never-heard-if-it“-Type, who still makes your knees go soft. The fmc was a sassy Ms. Reasonable with a difficult past. Maybe nothing groundbreaking but would definitely listen to it again 🩷

What’s with the power dynamic SMUT that is currently on my radar? Well.. There's that.

This is another Boss/Assistant story with forced proximity and fake marriage 🤭. It's not bad, but it's not exactly blowing my socks off either. It's like ordering your favorite dish at a restaurant and it's good, but it's missing that extra kick you were hoping for🫨.Vienna is interesting and Dane is just, hot. And that is not enough in my script. It's all a bit too safe. You can almost predict what's gonna happen next, and that's a bit of a buzzkill.

Vienna's dad is the whole plot's shining star if you ask me ✨✨.I'll read a book about his story without hesitation! I loved the mental health representation here 💪I am feeling somehow torned with Vienna and Heather and how much for how long does she takes from her, just UGH! 🙄And hey let's just not bypass freaking Owen. Cannot even hate him because SO LAME 🤢 For how ruthless Dane is, I am still trying to figure out why he allows so much from Jen as well since we could tell since HER FIRST APARENCE how full of crap she was. 😴

The narrators were good. Maybe a bit more passion or energy would've kicked things up a notch.🤐

🤔 Do I recommend it? So, in a nutshell, is decent enough for a listen. It's got some flavor, but it could do with a bit more spice to make it pop. If you're looking for something to pass the time, give it a shot!

The Story was nice as well
Read a lot of Romance books it was kinda refreshing reading this one. Perfect amount of Drama but not so much you get annoyed by it.

Just no. This is written so badly. Half the words in this book do not contribute to the story in any way. This is ridiculously long and still every Szene that’s remotely important Organtransplantation seems rushed because nothing interesting ever happens and the most mundane details are extensively described. There are so many potentially great Scenes but nothing ever happens. Like you expect something to happen but it’s like, they agreed to pretend and they really just pretended half way through. Also the storyline is just weak and often does not really make sense or is somewhat of a stretch. This is just really disappointing because it started out with a lot of potential and was done terribly.
