This book explains why most small businesses cannot grow into big corporation. If you're a small owner which is stuck in a overwhelming amount of work and you would wish to change it, read this book.

The audiobook version is good. The book is easily listened to and the narrator did a good job. There are no charts and tables, and the lists are short.

I think it’s the first time I give 5 stars to a book.

It’s to say that it’s not a “follow guide” and it might not be for you. But if you’re either thinking of starting a business, if you just started a business or if your are having troubles with your small business, this book is definitely for you.

And although it’s not a guide, it will provide you with the elements and questions that will help you with where to look.
