Über diesen Titel

Hazbin Hotel meets Crescent City in this new fantasy romance series from USA Today bestseller Piper CJ.

"How does a human girl lose the Prince of Hell?"

Marlow needs to believe she's crazy. The alternative would mean embracing the gift—or curse—shared by her mother and grandmother: she can see angels and demons, including a dark and haunting entity who's been with Marlow her entire life. At least, she believes that's all he is until a fae from the Nordic pantheon strolls into her life and informs her that she's been sharing a bed with the Prince of Hell.

A Prince who's now gone missing.

Before she knows it, Marlow is deeply entangled in a centuries-old war, stumbling straight into a battleground between mighty beings of myth and legend from powerful pantheons around the world. And who will come out on top may just depend on her and the love she never dared to believe in.

Contains mature themes.

I love the World Building, how al kind of religions are coming together and how hell is presented.
The only kinda not so good thing is the protagonist.
I like how she is seeing everything as a Piece of her imagination, it is an awesome take on how a clairvoyance Person perceives everything if nobody believes her.
I love how she gets introduced to the reality and how she learns about the realms, but I think at one Point she should have started to actually listen and learn and not do the same mistakes over and over.

I already put the second audiobook on my list an will hear it, ass soon as it is online.
Please keep on with your writing.
The books are written so good and the Narration is awesome and completes the experience perfectly.

Awesome World building

The good: it's not sudden onset plot retardation to make the story work, which would be worse. But it is a consistent character trait throughout the whole book that the main protagonist is really slow. Not drawing obvious conclusions, not using knowledge she has, ignoring facts... While the story is interesting, the constant face-palm inducing groan worthy actions of Marlow get tiresome.

I'd rather celebrate someone who is Badass than marvel at how someone is still alive despite their own best efforts to change that.

Incredibly stupid protagonist
