Was genau hat Sie an The Cyberiad enttäuscht?

These stories are extremely off beat. They are absolutley not for those seeking a light hearted set of science fiction stories."Playfully written...", yes, but not in the way I had hoped.

Was hat Sie am meisten an Stanislaw Lems Geschichte enttäuscht?

If I were to draw a picture of how these stories felt, I would draw one of those drug inspired pictures of The Beatles Yellow Submarine movie. Very abstract, overdrawn, stark colors...just odd. Not my taste at all. I had to stop listening to the stories after a couple of hours.
Beyond that I thought the stories to be just, well, not interesting.

Read the description well and understand it fully. However, those to two robots in the description I perceived as people and the description gives you a false impression of far reaching adventures."Playfully written, and ranging from the prophetic to the surreal..." is the key for me.Unfortunately I interpreted that incorrectly.

For those who read for intellectual stimulation rather than entertainment, these stories might be interesting.
