Great Story and fabulous Narrator
The story was fresh and interesting and brings up all kinds of cultural biases. I love how it’s celebrity life and seeing behind the scenes but not the typical American celebrity. The different cultures the author writes about are so beautiful and intriguing I want to fly to Korea and have a desire to sample K-Pop. But there is much more to this book - you will just have to listen to the awesome narration.

Loved it!
I really loved this book! The story, the characters, the ending....of course a lot of times you can already tell what will be happening. But that doesn't make the journey to get there, any less exciting. The chemistry between Ari and Jihoon is off the charts and I really enjoyed their times together. Phillipa Soo as a speaker is *chefs kiss* perfection!
Also: The connection to the book "The Stand- In" was really fun 😄

Loved it, really
Great narrator, nicely crafted story with likeable heroes. Listen ro it, it’s worth the 12 hours.

Starts off fine…
I quite enjoyed the first half (even though, yes, it’s fluff and stretches your suspension of disbelief to its limit), but for me, the story jumped the shark when (still in Toronto) they’re walking into the bar to retrieve the group of tourists who have gone awol. The second half was just too long and boring; I liked the characters less and less and just didn’t care much anymore.
And for the record: to go on the Camino de Santiago is about as cliché-ridden as it gets (plus it’s crowded), and Malta isn’t surrounded by an ocean.
The narrator is very good though - only her this-is-my-deep-voice-for-the-male-protagonists wasn’t quite convincing.
