I’m not much of a reader or listener, but I wanted to listen to this book.
Since I know about the problem, I skipped it all the way to the last chapters. It is what I wanted to know; that the holistic way is the best way.
I thought, if I want this evolution: 1. it’s not going to be better immediately for everyone, it might be worse for somebody on short time, and 2. change will effect everything.
These chapters went along with my understanding to The Venus Project by Fresco and Meadows.

Didn't expect too much as I already read several climate books. But to my surprise, it's the most comprehensive & multiperspective one, I encountered. G. T. collexted a broad spectrum of diverse voices from scientists, activist & NGOS, binding them together with her own statements. Her view comprises all parts of life, earth & society. Including much new stuff, even for me.

G. T. & FFF always talk about climate justice. This book highlights the concept, using the voices of experts from all around the globe. Maybe just a little minus is that only Greta Turnberry herself reads her own texts. The others are read by several professional speakers.

A difficult topic illuminated from various angles, easy to understand. The tone of voice is well balanced: no moral imperatives, informative and more facetted than I had expected. IMHO a must read and a treasure trove of information to draw connections and find coherence in a world, that becomes harder to understand by the year.
And I would like to add or stress one call to activism: Support the independent media that provide objective (as in not "advocated") information.
