Goddammit Donut don't mess with the reviewers we got enough shit on our hand allready without them breathing down our neck. Like how the hell are we supposed to deal with all the crazy shit this author has thrown at us. Flaming crotch mantis spewing god squirrel i mean come on thats worth than a black friday sale at best buy...
Don't overestimate Carl we got to prepare Mongo for the pet show my baby will be the star of it all look how happy he is.

The crazy continues and boy does it entertain the author masterfully portrais the whole book as so absurd so utterly far removed from anything that could be real that you can't stop laughing. But at the same time it can get dead serious in an instant. You can feel the dread lying over everything, you feel the utter despair in people and over all of it are 5 words.

Jeff Hayes was born for this performance nothing more to say.

As an aside, I really appreciate the author not trying to make the actual readers/listeners feel like crap for enjoying these books, even though such a central theme is that the watchers of Carl's crawl don't care that he's been forced into participating. Some writers wouldn't be able to resist taking a dig or two, but that'd feel out of place considering that we know this is fiction.
Very good fiction, at that! This is one of my top favorite audiobook series :) A big thank you also goes out to Jeff Hays for the amazing narration. He manages to give each character a distinct voice and personality, and it's a joy to listen to him.
