    Inhaltsangabe

Evangeline Kane is thrust into a world and a role she never asked for. She finds herself questioning her sanity as she finds herself bound to a bridge as its Troll when the previous champion died in her arms.

The gateway from the Under-Veil to the city of Cincinnati lies unprotected, open to malicious fae intent on chaos and corruption of the mortals that dwell in it, if she does not stand against them.

Loving this take on bridge trolls

Wonderful story, can't really find anything complain about.
Characters have clear and logical motivations, the story is very interesting with a take on bridge trolls I hadn't imagined until now and the love story in the background gets exactly the time and attention it needs to be cute but not invasive in the main plot.
The different characters are written as individuals and easy to differentiate.

I'm very much looking forward to hearing more of this series.
