dies war ein buch wo ich mir viele notizen zu gemacht habe, und einige quotes mir aufgeschrieben hab. nicht nur interessant wenn du mit ein ADHS partner zusammen bist, aber auch interessant wenn es ein der eigene Kinder ist. hab einiges gelernt und verstehe bestimmtes verhalten jetzt anders...

This Book was very depressing to be honest, it makes an ADD/ADHD relationship seem hopeless… and in relation to that, it doesn’t offer proper or enough suggestions/tools to better the struggles.
