The only thing I didn't love about this story is that I didn't 100% believe how Shep apologized towards the end for the sh...t he did to Delia. I can't quite put my finger on it, but... it felt like the proper apology was coming way too late, for the wrong motivation, and it seemed somehow performative rather than sincere.

Loved this story about second chances except for...
