Eines der besten Bücher über agiles Arbeiten & Change
Warum müssen Organisationen sich ändern, um in einem komplexen Umfeld mithalten zu können? Und wie geht das? Wie Selbstorganisation, flache Hierarchien, verfügbare Informationen, Netzwerke & Co zu mehr Innovation und Schnelligkeit führen. Dargestellt an Beispielen fern ab der IT Branche, zB der NASA, Airlines, New York und eben den Special Forces im Kampf gegen Al Quaida im Irak. Sehr gut zuzuhören, spannend und anregend und mal wohltuend anders als das nächste Buch über Agile Softwareentwicklung. Unbedingt zuhören!

Almost sad that I finished it
I came here to after hearing about this book as the "foundation" to Jocko Willink's Extreme Ownership, thinking it would be a nice addition to what I already learned. Turns out this book held much more then just additions to another book. I found a completely new perspective to view projects and how human interaction in companies can be built and understood.
Very good book and nice to listen to.

Very insightfull
I think this book is very detailed, comprehensive and well structured. There is much more to this book than Military thinking. The author gives a wide range of insights of others industries.
This book was relatively long yet worthwhile. If you want to have a glimpse over the horizon regarding teamwork I find this piece here helpful.
Excellent work in my opinion.

Nice read with practical insights
detailed roadmap of how the US Army leared to become agile. A bit mich of background theory and history but also balanced with great explanations and help in understanding the challenges to overcome on the way of becoming a team of teams
