Am relevantesten

The 7th book in the series does well at adding depth to our main character. As a direct follow-up to the previous book, the setting is well established. While I still very much enjoyed the story and the reading of Kevin R. Free from the audio book version, I found the emotional struggles a bit over the top and annoying at times, but still very interesting and engaging to read. With the growing list of humans that are part of the story, I'm starting to struggle a bit keeping them apart. Getting a bit more focus back would be good for the story. While we do not learn much about the alien remnant in this book which would have been an exciting prospect as well, it's a fun energy to the series!
