Want to know a secret? I, Chef Jevon Lawrence, am about to go from ORDINARY to LEGENDARY.
You heard me! Now that I finally get to spend the summer with G’Ma at our family bakery (aka my favorite place in the entire world!), coming up with the coolest, most delicious new flavor combinations, I’m going to be an epic baking superstar.
Just like my G’Ma.
Who, by the way, keeps forgetting basic stuff. (Maybe she’s just trying to keep me on my toes??) Then there’s the shady guy in a suit who keeps circling our bakery like he wants to devour it. And the new boy next door, who makes me feel like I ate a cherry cupcake with extra cayenne. (Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it!)
Look, even the most perfect batter can have a few lumps.
But legends DON’T fail.
