Supermarket is well-read and entertaining but it has a lot in common with another novel ( if I write the name here, I'll ruin the whole plot for future listeners) which is never mentioned. So that bugged me because if you take the main element and almost whole scenes of another novel, there should be at least some kind of acknowledgement.

Also the role of Mia is so flat and the dialogues with her so unbearable it makes you wonder if the author ever met an actual female person.
